Eating from the garden

Well, we keep hearing that the garden is about 4 weeks late due to our continued cold weather. However, I am pleased to report that we have already had several meals from new-season growth. So far, I have been able to make salads from arugula,italian Parsley, chard, spinach, red cabbage, pepper cress. And this is just the beginning of the growing season …

I am so glad I turned our back yard into an edible landscape! Photo’s coming soon …
