To those dear friends and family members who stay in touch with my life through this blog, I apologize for the long gap in writing.

I have been so busy the last while that there has not been enough time to sit and write for fun. Now that I have planted some potatoes, asparagus, brassicas, pepper cress, peas and rapini the momentum has gained even more speed … just as I love hanging my laundry outside to dry in the wind and sun, so I love to watch my food growing in my garden. Hope you are well and happy. Remember, you cannot eat a lawn! More later …
